The path to Bellbird Grove

The route from Upper Kedron to Bellbird Grove was looking very tidy, very green and very lush this last Sunday. Among the recent plantings Cash Converta noted this shrub, which was showing off some striking Christmas colours:

And this is a reminder that we are hurtling toward the end of the year, and are well into the silly season. The Red Dress Run is coming up on 29th November, Christmas on Main Street on 4th December, and our Hash Christmas Party on the 10th! Woo-hoo!

Leave Pass set a gentle route along the creek and around a bushy circuit through the National Park. The runners added the gold mine circuit as well. We then headed back to the Upper Kedron playground to replenish our precious bodily fluids and feast on pizza. Many thanks to our hare!

Floater showed off the National Emergency medal she'd been awarded for her work with a Disaster Relief Australia team, helping people during the 2019/20 bushfire event. What an honour! Congratulations!
