Mad March Hares

Rain, rain, rain...but this didn't deter our Mad March Hares Eweshggr and Footsie! Flour and chalk would have been useless, so they supplemented some discreet paint marks with printed directions and maps (which did get a bit soggy along the way.) Here's Footsie setting part of the trail...there were stories that she went piggyback in setting some other sections - to the amusement and bemusement of spectators....

In fact the whole group enjoyed a bit of wading across the river at the conclusion of a really enjoyable walk/run. It was the only way to get back for some brilliant curries - and some ice-cream, too. Many thanks, hares!

Culture's foot surgery went well, and we look forward to seeing her back on trail soon.

We made a decision in the circle to keep to a 4:30 start time for the next 3 weeks. We'll move to our winter start time of 4 pm on the 8th of April.

And this week's Wednesday run will include a beer tasting session in Albany Creek. Sounds good.

Next run details
When: Sunday 18th March, 4:30 pm - repeat, 4:30 pm!
Where: Deep Water Bend Reserve, Wyampa Road, Bald Hills. A map!
Hares: Cash Converta and Payback

IMPORTANT: Bring plenty of mozzie spray - you've been warned! Also chairs. Also remember that we start at 4:30 pm.

On, on!
