Quality, not quantity

A smallish but high-quality group - eleven or twelve bipeds (including one new runner) and two canines - met at John Scott Park this last Sunday for a wintry trot around the Samford circuit. Luckily the wind had dropped but there was still a chill in the air. Idle Vice, Shockjock and Leave Pass entertained with jokes and charades. Leave Pass is up next week for a charade....

Here are some of Saucy Sous' pics from the occasion.

Now stop me if you've heard this one:

A bloke is trying to eat his lunch beside the river, while an annoying dog (not at all like Gunther or Pablo) is jumping up, trying to get at his sandwich. He asks the owner "Is it OK if I throw him a bit?" She agrees with a smile. So he picks up the dog and throws it in the river.

Numbers will be limited again next week, so it will be another John Scott Park meet.

Next run/walk details
