There were some horribly monstrous-looking hashers at this year's Halloween run - and there were also some who'd dressed up for the occasion with masks, makeup and costumes. We had ghouls, vampires, werewolves, the rabbit from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", and a man called SADie who was so upset about the World Cup final he'd whacked an axe into his head.... Here's a shot of the group before we set off for a saunter up Cedar Creek, plus some pics of the horrible arrivals.
It was the first of our summer runs, so the sun was well down before we car-pooled up to the hares' domicile for a meal of meat balls, roast veges, crumble and ice-cream. It was good to welcome Snappy back home - she'd managed to visit the US of A without being caught up in a mass shooting. ...
