Here, there and everywhere

Samford hashers dispersed themselves widely across the countryside this weekend - none more widely than ShockjockMiss Demeanour and Nipliquor, who have been kidnapping the local wildlife at Lightning Ridge:

Elsewhere, on Saturday Flaps Down and Eweshggr proved that they are capable of organising a pssup at a brewery! Quite a number of hashers joined the old fella at All Inn Brewing to celebrate his three-quarter century, and marked the occasion by sinking the odd noggin or two. Happy birthday!

Then on Sunday a cultured group quenched their artistic thirsts at a concert by the Indooroopilly Chamber Orchestra, before setting out on a walk/run around the Chelmer and Indooroopilly area. Congratulations to Superhacker on her quality fiddling, and thanks to her for taking us out of our comfort zone!

Here are a few shots from the walk:

Leave Pass as Vertigo Man on the Walter Taylor Bridge:

And here's a bunch of us about to tuck in at a hostelry in the scary Southside, under the artistic eye of Salvador Dali:

A small and hardy group kept the home fires burning in Samford. One was so hardy she even went for a swim!

It's our first post-solstice run/walk this coming Sunday. Roll on, summer!
