"Aweary, aweary...."

Millions around the world are beginning to feel (to quote Mariana in her moated lockdown) "aweary, aweary" about Covid restrictions - and a bit peeved at those who don't follow them, and hence cause more stringent ones to be reimposed. Certainly hashing in tens is better than nothing. It's better than hashing in sixes - which is what we'd have to do if we were in the UK right now. But it will be very good to get back to where we were a month ago....

In the meantime we'll be trialing the "pub run" format this coming Sunday, making use of someone else's Covid-Safe status. Please note the details below - we'll be meeting at the Ferny Grove Railway Station and adjourning after the run/walk to the Ferny Grove Bowls Club.

Fathers' Day 2020 was a subdued affair, with the presentation of the "Tight Jocks Award" postponed, and two groups of ten meeting at Undambi and The Gap.

Walkers at The Gap met a brown tree snake on the track, but were too slow to capture an image. Here are some shots from this location:

The group that met at Undambi passed a couple of backyard observatories:

And a rather splendid treehouse under construction:

Before indulging in some adult and socially distanced play:

Next run details

On, on!
