Trails in all directions

Radar called just before the run on Sunday to warn us that a couple of hares from Thirsty Hash had been setting their trail early and had come across our markings. When we got to Wilston we found arrows leading in all directions - but at least the Thirsty ones were double-headed:

We dealt with the confusion pretty well after the first few minutes and no-one got lost (except intentionally.) And the rain predicted on Thursday should wash out all arrows completely and so remove the confusion for the Thirsty hashers....

Our trail took us to somewhere unfamiliar - the top of Eildon Hill. What a view of the city!

There were a few (optional) challenges on the route down and they took their toll:

A tasty navy-type meal of rice and "navy bean stew" followed. Thanks, hares!

It was great to have Hardcore with us (she's been working Sundays this year), plus the prettiest hasher of them all. Eloise thought the tan bark in the playground was just as tasty as the rice:

An impressive hashback:

Our next run is a Mayday parade, so bring your hammers, sickles and ICBMs.
