The runners found it as hard as ever to keep pace with Hardcore on our trail from Brighton to Sandgate and back. What a good runner she is! The walkers took in the sea air along the same sort of route. A fine afternoon had brought out a lot of other people for a seaside stroll, and dodging kids on bikes was a constant hazard.
