Mitchie meander

Our hare Le W*nk took us on an intricately convoluted labyrinthine exploration of the streets of Mitchelton, Oxford Park and Grovely. At the top of the Church Road hill we paused to enjoy the view and to decipher headstone inscriptions in the heritage listed St. Matthew's churchyard. And, as promised, the runners did end up in a couple of elevators - at the Grovely railway station. Shaggy, Miss Demeanour and Chinwag were among those who ran the walkers' trail.

Back home we encircled the back yard to replenish our precious bodily fluids and to tuck into lasagna, rhubarb, garlic bread, apples and strawberries, though not necessarily in that order. Many thanks!

Le W*nk showed off his new bathroom to any stray women he could entice in there, whilst getting others to slave away in his kitchen:

And it's not often we get a chance to look down on members of Samford Hash. This was one of those occasions:

Next weekend a number of us are riding part of the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Those who are staying at home will enjoy a M. Promptu run/walk and a Potluck dinner.

Next run details
