The wearing of the green

The wearing of the green is a pretty simple matter for Samford Hashers - although there were one or two orange rebels in our midst for this St Paddy's Day run:

Others had gone well beyond the call of Irish duty in their garb - including Mile High and Hugandkiss:

When Irish Eyes Are Smiling...they need sunglasses:

Welcome home, Escargot!

Our hares laid on a really enjoyable run/walk through West End, South Brisbane and Highgate Hill, and followed this up with a traditional Irish meal of Guiness, tacos, salsa and salad - just what you might expect at a pub in Dublin....Many thanks to them!

Our roving Hash ambassador, Where's the Beef? is off to Port Moresby for a run or two next week. Samford Hash, of course, was founded by hashers from that fine town. We trust he finds all well with our Hash parent....

We've had some great runs/walks away from the valley recently, but it will be good to get back to home ground this coming Sunday.

Next run details
When: Sunday 22nd March, 5 pm
Where: Bullocky's Rest picnic area, Forgan Road, Samsonvale. A map! (Note: it's advisable to park outside the gate...just in case....)
Hares: Haughty will set the run. Potluck will cater (please bring something to share)

On, on!
