Sunday roast (plus oranges)

The rain had eased and Shaggy and Cadbury took about 30 of us on a very pleasant circuit around the green hills of Upper Kedron. Shaggy did a sterling job in setting the trail while feeling the effects of "something he ate" the night before....And our hares followed up this excursion with a full-on Sunday roast - yum! - and a magnificently rich orange cake. Many thanks!

It was great to welcome some folk who haven't been around for a while, including Urass and Bigtop. Since we last saw her she's had 6 or 7 screws - inserted into her foot, I mean. The surgery went really well and she'll be back on trail soon.

We wished Cadbury a happy birthday in traditional fashion. She's getting really grown-up and mature now, as her behaviour indicates. Wish we could say the same for all our members.

We're meeting somewhere new this coming Sunday. Our hare assures us that he has got the All Clear from the venue management and security and says to quote his name if you get apprehended by the Gestapo - just tell them that Shockjock sent you. Take note of the directions below and remember the mozzie spray!

Next run details
