"Cold, well-fed and smelling

of woodsmoke"...that's how someone described the members of Samford Hash at our latest winter weekend away.

Many thanks to all who put in such a mammoth effort to organise and feed us - Charcoal and Strine, Payback, Cash Converta and Le W*nk in particular.  Who'd have thought Le W*nk (the wood-whisperer) would have such skill in pizza production?  And Charcoal led a talented team of camp oven roast dinner makers.  Payback's wine tasting event once more plumbed the depths of our ignorance of wine styles and regions...but Eweshggr had brought along a jolly good drop.

The early morning runs were not as well supported as they might have been - had there not been so much frost around...perhaps....

Here are a few shots from the album:

Now, on a completely different note: does anyone remember the Hash Mash - the brew produced earlier this year by some of our members?  One of the bottles was sampled by the Samford Show Brewing competition judges...and here are the results.  Not bad, huh?
