yet another deluge this week. Twenty one of us set off in the pouring rain for Leave Pass's New Year run - though the flour and chalk had once more been obliterated by the downpour (or so he said).
Points to note this week:
1. Shockjock and Miss Demeanour have made their resolutions for 2010 - they are each going to lose 2 kg this year (we'll track their progress in these posts).
2. Hot to Trot set a new standard for elegance. She must be the first Samford Hash member ever to turn up for a run wearing pearls (to be fair, she did have some other things on as well).
3. The Stanthorpe Wine and Mountaineering weekend has been set for the 9th April. Strine and Charcoal are doing the organising, and so far there are 14 bodies signed up for a sozzling good time.
