The hills were alive with the sound of...

The hills were alive with the sound of hashers wheezing as they negotiated their way around Camp Mountain last Sunday. One hasher cried 'It didn't look this steep on Whizbanger's map'. However, all was forgotten when we settled down to a coldie and Hot To Trot's fine cuisine.

On Sunday we'll be celebrating an early Australia day and invite everyone to dress up in their ocker gear. We'll also be exploring alternate uses for Vegemite. As there will be children about, we will not be indulging in Vegemite wrestling.

Here is something to sing, as we roam Eatons Hill next Sunday:

The Vegemite song

We're happy little Vegemites
as bright as bright can be.
We all enjoy our Vegemite
for breakfast lunch and tea.
Our mother says we're growing
stronger every single week.
Because we love our Vegemite.
We all adore our Vegemite.
It puts a rose in every cheek!
