In the bubble....

Within the Queensland bubble, Covid-19 restrictions are easing, and this last Sunday marked the end of hashing in tens. Travel throughout the state is now allowed, and there has been a suggestion that we start planning for a Hash weekend away this winter. From next Sunday we'll be hashing in groups of up to 20.

We were out and about at four venues again this weekend. One small group joined Charcoal to celebrate his birthday at Clear Mountain, where cake and gluhwein followed the walk and run. A "7" on the cake signified the relevant decade.

Other groups met at Teralba Park and John Scott Park. The ten hashers who turned up at Alfredson Park had a chance to try out (and model) our new 2020 shirts. Payback is following up on a problem with the boat-neck version, but the colours and design look great:

Elsewhere, Floater and Scratchit's garden continues to act as a cornucopia. She posted a picture of her first orange of the season, prompting this comment from Payback: "I love gazing at your navel." Let's leave it there.
