Mud wrestling

When Evacuate and his assistant set the run the sun was shining and the track - though a little muddy - was quite trafficable. By the time of the run it was raining reasonably steadily, and the muddy slopes became (shall we say) a trifle challenging.

Still, it's runs like this that are memorable. As the old song says - "These are the times we will dream about, and we'll call them the good old days...."

Cash Converta's comment: "Like Kuching, without the bamboo...."

The final creek crossing was a good chance to sluice off muddy shoes - and the water was beautiful. Great curry followed, courtesy of Evacuate! Thanks, hares!

Here are a few shots of some muddy drowned rats at the on, on:

And here's another in our current series of Samford Hash blonde jokes - this one from Culture, a natural blonde:

A blonde walks into a dry cleaner's. The man behind the counter is a little deaf.

"Can you have this dress cleaned by tomorrow?" she asks.

The dry cleaner (being hard of hearing), puts his hand up to his ear. "Come again?" he asks.

"No, no," says the blonde. "This time it's mayonnaise."
