Pot holes and pats

After dodging potholes in the road, Payback, Burke & Wills, Shock Jock and three dish lickers decided to dodge cow pats in a local field. After scaling a grassy hill they were rewarded with magnificent views of Upper Kedron and environs and hoards of flies.

Meanwhile the walkers did not have to trespass to reach dizzying heights. All they had to do was follow the live hare (Leave Pass) up a steep forestry track.

Next week's run will be a bit easier.

When: 9 January 2011
Where: Roy Harvey Park, cnr Shand and Byth Streets, Stafford (in the bitumen car park off Byth Street)
Hares: Red Breast and James Bondage

On, on.
