To be fair, there were some Adults in the group who did their best to maintain control, but in vain. And while what goes on tour stays on tour - and can only be hinted at here - we will long remember the "bike in the tree" and the "what are swimming pools for?" incidents:
It was a great weekend altogether for both cyclists and the accompanying crew. The bitumen surface of the Kingaroy rail trail made it easy for experienced trail riders and novices alike, and only one person ("what goes on tour...etc.) fell off. Many thanks to Banger and Make an Offer for organising the trip, and thanks to everyone for nibblies, jelly snakes, and for your pleasant company.

Back in Samford, a few of the Away group joined the Home one for a 4pm walk/run followed by dinner at the pub. We welcomed Snappy back from Eastern Europe, and said farewell to Floater, who leaves for her 1000000 m walk on Friday:
Next week, Upstanding is planning a treat for all the Fathers in the group: he's managed to find a hill in the area for us to go up!
