A lot of people turned up for this week's run/walk - we stopped counting at 32 - and that number included a few whom we haven't seen for a while. As well as central Queensland tourists

Scratchit (back from Portugal and Spain) and
Chuck-Chunder and
Sweet FA (back from several months of nomadism around Oz):
Our hares took us on a circuit of Dowse Lagoon and on through some festivities at Rotary Park...and then filled our lungs with healthful sea-air as we toddled along the Sandgate seafront. Lasagna, cottage pie and chocolate slice followed. Many thanks, hares, for a really enjoyable trip to the seaside!

Footsie leaves us this week for a trip chasing gorillas through the mist. Have a good time, and good luck with getting one home through Customs!
