Shorncliffe seaside sojourn

It was a bright sunny day at Shorncliffe on Sunday. Perhaps this is why half of Brisbane was entrenched on the foreshore. Eventually, we found a spot under an old fig tree and set up camp.

The trail took us past some beautiful old Queenslanders and a few original fibro shacks. The foreshore segment was particularly delightful. We even traversed the length of the old pier which seemed to contain the other half of Brisbane. There were a lot anglers there hoping for a big catch, but the fish had other ideas.

Back at the On, On, our hares provided a hearty spread which catered for every taste. Thanks for your efforts Miss Behavin' and Budgie.
