A small contingent of eleven, plus Gunther, ended up in Samford Village on Mother's Day. The rain held off, which resulted in a pleasant stroll around Samford (or an arduous one for the runners).
Food was a combination of potluck and takeaway from local establishments. To top it off, Cashconverta spent all day baking on Sunday (supervised by Payback) and provided us with some scrumptious chocolate malteser cup cakes.
Note: Le Wank, next Sunday please bring along the chocolates you left in the fridge. Budgie, your umbrella is in safe hands. And, the jokes weren't really up to standard - we must improve!
