It's certainly interesting to return periodically to Upper Kedron and note the ongoing developments. It was also interesting to note the vertical distance between the floor slabs of some of the new houses and the level the creek reached a couple of weeks ago. What will happen when the green hills are covered with roofs and roads, all discharging stormwater?
