Hardcore and family's new home in Brighton looked like a great place to live. It was certainly a great place for the start and finish of a breezy seaside saunter, which the runners extended into a birdwatching circuit of Dowse Lagoon. Thanks to Hardcore for a very pleasant, well-marked run, with a few checks to keep us on our toes. And, golly, isn't she running well! Take note, Le W*nk - 20 minutes something for the Park Run a week or so ago!
Thanks also to Bigtop for a tasty and nutritious meal! It was nice to meet up with the younger members of the family....
