Those who suffer from
Seasonal Affective Disorder and love the sun can take comfort in the fact that we have now turned the corner...Spring and Summer are on their way! But in fact everyone seemed pretty cheerful at this week's run, despite the early sunset and pretty chilly conditions.
M. Promptu took the runners one way and the walkers another - and latecomers

Next week
Escargot and an assistant or two are taking us up to
Mt Nebo for the first time in a while. It should be considerably warmer there, but the rainforest may be a bit dark on the way home. So - it's suggested that you bring yourself a
torch, as well as a
chair.
