We'd had 2 days of rain, but by the time we gathered beside the lake the late afternoon sun was breaking through - and some very scenic sunset views followed. Swans, egrets and ducks were silhouetted against the shining water as we made our way along the shoreline. It was only after we'd got back home and found shelter that the rain began again. Potluck, as usual, provided a varied and substantial feast.
We bade farewell to Charcoal and Strine - off this week for 3 months OS. Travel safely, guys, and keep in touch!
The days are starting to draw in...even though some of the temperatures we've experienced recently are far from autumnal. We normally move to a 4 pm start time in early April, so let's make the change for our Bunny run on 5th April - 2 weeks time. Leave Pass - please take note!
