City Lights Tour

The big news this week: Hardcore missed this Sunday's run because she was busy giving birth to Eloise Sophia. It's great to welcome a new member to the Samford (Family) Hash family! Congratulations to mum, dad and grandma Bigtop - and let's start kicking some Hash names around....

Another highflying Japanese visitor joined us this week on a run/walk that took us through the RBH complex, across the ICB, and past the RNA (as well as lots of other acronyms, I have no doubt.) The runners then went on a diverting diversion through FV and along the river as far as Newstead House. It was a very pleasant saunter through bits of the city we haven't visited for a while. Thanks, hares! (Great salad too, BTW.)

Now - were Culture and Nipliquor making a fashion statement when they turned up at Downey Park wearing slings? Nope - they'd both suffered sporting injuries, spreadeagling themselves on the bitumen as they sped along. Get well soon, guys.

We haven't heard much from the 8 Warrumbunglers so far, except that one of them distinguished herself by downing a whole bottle of Lambrusco one evening (no comment.) We look forward to some stunning pics when they get back. Here's a preview.

Finally - don't forget the mozzie repellent this coming Sunday - you know what Lomandra is like!
